Increase in profit and first dividend distribution of bonainvest
In 2011, bonainvest Holding AG (bonainvest) augmented its annual profit from CHF 14’000 to CHF 1 million. Therewith, in the second year of its existence bonainvest exceeded its own goal clearly. For the business year 2011, the board of Directors of bonainvest Holding AG proposes a dividend distribution of CHF 1.45 per share (payback of capital invested), at the general meeting from May 15th 2012.

Start of construction for three new residential buildings in Bätterkinden
On April 4th, the ground-breaking ceremony of the new buildings Kronenrain in Bätterkinden took place on the construction site between the Bahnhofsstrasse and the Kronenmattweg. The three sunnied residential buildings on a quiet, but central situation in Bätterkinden will contain 24 attractive 2½- to 4½-room apartments for sale. The buildings are planned after the standards bonacasa® and MINERGIE® - thus they will be built unobstructed and energetically optimized. In addition, a range of optional services is offered.

Start for five new buildings in Egerkingen
After the deconstruction of the old home for the elderly, the ground-breaking ceremony of the five new buildings Sunnepark bonacasa® in Egerkingen took place at April 3rd 2012.
The project contains 72 attractive apartments for sale and for rent with 2½- to 4 ½-rooms as well as a medical center of competence. The five buildings at a central situation in Egerkingen, nearby shopping facilities and public transport, are embedded in an environment similar to a park. All apartments will be built after the standards bonacasa® and MINERGIE®.

Start for the Seesicht building in Kilchberg ZH
After a intensive planning phase, the ground-breaking ceremony of the building Seesicht in Kilchberg took place at March 30th 2012. The project contains three twin-houses “doppio” with 6 ½ rooms and two buildings „alloggio“ with 2 ½- to 5 ½-room apartments and a 9 ½-room duplex and attic apartment. The modern and amply dimensioned houses and apartments in the middle of Feldbrunnen will be built after the standards bonacasa® and MINERGIE®.

Bottom samples from disposal site “Stadtmist” taken
March 6th 2012, bottom samples from the recent part of the disposal site “Stadtmist” were taken at the area “oberer Einschlag”. Here was buried the litter from the city of Solothurn until 1976 – what one can smell easily during the removal. The analyses will take one year longer than planned, namely until the end of 2013. On the base of this bottom samples the city will decide about the mode of cleaning up required. The realization of the planned water town wasserstadtsolothurn is only possible on the completely cleaned up area of the old disposal site “Stadtmist” – a partial decontamination is not enough. |

Capital increase
The shareholders of bonainvest Holding AG (bonainvest) agreed to an increase of capital stock amounting to CHF 26 million. Notable pension funds and a first building insurance are investing for the first time or are increasing their current share of stock. bonainvest starts 12 new real estate projects with a construction volume of some 200 million francs. Further promising locations are currently being considered. |

Wasserstadt: new model of Herzog & de Meuron
February 29th 2012 the presentation of the new wasserstadtsolothurn model by the architects of Herzog & de Meuron and Ivo Bracher, Chairman of the Administrative Board of wasserstadtsolothurn AG, took place at the Landhaus in Solothurn.
More than 250 guests followed the invitation and informed themselves about the revised project of Herzog & de Meuron. The new model is based on several hydrologic examinations and detailed interviews with interested parties. The model shows the planned watertown – called wasserstadtsolothurn – for the first time in the way it will be realised. But first, the garbage dump “Stadtmist” has to be cleaned up completely. That’s the only possibility to make the way free for the project wasserstadtsolothurn. An opportunity for Solothurn to kill two birds with one stone!

Andlauerhof Basel: Topping-out ceremony in thanks for the builders
January 27th 2012 the ceremony for the builders and all other involved who have worked on the renovation of the building took place at the Andlauerhof in Basel. More than 100 guests went to the Petersgasse 36 in Basel. After some introductory words of the chairman of the board of directors from Andlauerhof AG, Ivo Bracher, Andreas Lutz of Bettinger Holzbau followed with a topping-out-poem. With adept words and a glass of red wine a toast was drunk to the luck of the building Andlauerhof. Despite the fire that destroyed a big part of the roof structure, the work progressed well. The spacious apartments for sale, the unique lofts and the big city houses with emergency call and available services after the standard bonacasa® will be ready to move in at the end of 2012 / at the begin of 2013.
