10.12.2009	Adapted structure of bonainvest AG December 10th 2009, bonainvest Holding AG was consolidated with Bracher und Partner Holding AG (www.bracher.ch) in line with a quasi merger. At the same time a capital increase was executed and the election of the new board of directors took place. With its new structure, bonainvest Holding AG ist positioned to increase nationally. Among the new investors of bonainvest holding AG there are pension founds and notable private investors.
19.10.2009	„If it takes long enough, it will be all right in the end“ – Turf-cutting ceremony for the Birkengarten building in Subingen With these words, the leader of the council Hans Ruedi Ingold welcomed the guests at the turf-cutting ceremony that took place on October 19th 2009 in Subingen. Ivo Bracher from the constructor bonainvest AG and Roger Blanc from the architect’s office Blanc Partner Architekten REG also informed the attendees about the building project. The Birkengarten building will contain 15 unobstructed 3 ½- and six 2 ½-room flats let for rent following the bonacasa ® concept, which will be ready for moving in from December 2009. “A building to live in and feel well”, tellingly said the architect Roger Blanc.

22.06.2009	Turf-cutting ceremony for Grossmatt building project in Bettlach On Monday, June 22, 2009, a turf-cutting ceremony took place at the construction site on Dorfstrasse in Bettlach to mark the start of the third and final phase of construction of the Grossmatt building project built to bonacasa® standard.
15.12.2008	bonainvest AG investment in Andlauerhof AG bonainvest AG has acquired an 80% stake in Andlauerhof AG, which owns the historic “Andlauerhof” building at Petersgasse 36/38, right in the heart of the old part of Basel. The aim is to convert the Andlauerhof into 2½ to 5½-room town apartments under the bonacasa® service concept. It is a project that will help to maintain, modernise and ultimately turn back into profit existing historic structures.
