In the heart of Basel's old town, bonainvest extensively renovated and modernized the listed Andlauerhof. In the baroque wing, two spacious townhouses were created on three levels with galleries and a courtyard seating area. The transverse building houses exclusive residential units with loggias and terraces, as well as two attic apartments, which also have terraces. The gothic building was extended with loft apartments, some with private courtyard seating and beautiful beams. Despite the preservation order, bonainvest was able to implement almost all points of bonacasa's construction standards in this project. A total of 18 condominiums with 2.5 to 5.5 rooms have been created.
