In addition to the Strahmhof project, bonainvest realises a second project in Münchenbuchsee. According to the planning status, 94 rental apartments and 22 owner-occupied apartments according to bonacasa construction standards with 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, including small apartments, a community room and a commercial room, are being built on the 12 156 m² site. The heating will be powered by district heating and a photovoltaic system will be built on the roofs to generate solar electricity.

Occupancy will be staggered. The owner-occupied apartments will be occupied from December 2023, the rental apartments from September 2024.
