In the center of the municipality of Oensingen, bonainvest developed the Roggenpark project for the Genossenschaft für Altersbetreuung und Pflege Gäu (gag) on an area of around 7500 m². As an open total contracting company, bonainvest built the competence center for old age with a nursing home, a Spitex base and a café. In addition, three properties with rental and owner-occupied apartments as well as commercial space were built. bonainvest has added 24 rental apartments to its portfolio. Roggenpark is home to the Smart Living Loft, which brings connected living to life. District heating from the local district heating network is used in the development. The buildings are Minergie certified. All apartments were built according to the bonacasa construction standards.
A commercial space on the first floor and two model apartments of the Roggenpark are home to the Smart Living Loft, Switzerland's leading platform for the new living culture by bonacasa AG. In collaboration with partners from architecture, the construction industry, home technology, digitalization and science, the 180 m2 space shows how networked living enriches everyday life, makes it easier and safer.
