The second bonainvest project in the locality of Kilchberg is being built on Weinbergstrasse. The plans provide for 12 owner-occupied apartments and an indoor car park. The apartments are spread between two separate buildings and enjoy a panoramic view over the lake. They are connected by an underground passageway to an indoor car park. The 2.5 to 4.5 room units will have a floor space of between 80 and 120 m² and provide attractive space division possibilities.
Because of the challenging location the project will consist entirely of apartments.
The project is being built in cooperation with the SLIK Architekten GmbH architects’ practice of Zürich. The buildings will be Minergie certified and the apartments will comply with bonacasa construction standards.
