The fourth phase of the Schüsspark estate is a striking eight-story building which rounds off the site to the north east at the centre of Biel. The 1st and 2nd floors each comprise three relatively small 3.5 room apartments with protected loggias built into the base of the building.
From the 3rd to the 7th floors, good-sized 3.5 and 4.5 room apartments with projecting loggias benefit from a unique view over the roofs of Biel. At the same time, laterally projecting walls protect the loggias from wind and weather. Together with the rooms of above average height of 2.65m the overall effect is one of generous space.
The estate was built in cooperation with the
Kistler Vogt Partner AG architects’ practice of Biel. The building is Minergie certified and the apartments comply with bonacasa construction standards.
