bonainvest developed the neighborhood concept for the landowners and handled the construction of the project through a cooperative founded specifically for this purpose. The development is the result of an architectural competition conducted by bonainvest. It comprises a total of seven apartment buildings, divided into four construction phases, with large, bright and well-developed condominiums. In the Im Feld project, heat is generated by means of gas heating. The apartments were built according to the bonacasa construction standards.
