On a central site in Ecublens, one of the most attractive localities of the Lake Geneva region, a new-build project with some 160 apartments, floor space for services and a underground parking garage is being planned at Route de Crochy/Route du Bois. The site adjoins the Coop shopping centre and Metro Lausanne. In a first phase the density was reviewed with the local authority. Some 160 apartments can now be built instead of 90. The district planning procedure has been put in hand in cooperation with the local authority and the plans are being optimised with the architects to comply with bonacasa criteria.
Construction is scheduled to start in autumn/winter 2020.
The planned estate is to be built in cooperation with the Pezzoli & Associés Architectes SA architects’ practice of Renens. The buildings will be Minergie certified and comply with bonacasa construction standards.
