On Lohngasse, two residential buildings and a common parking garage are being built on a plot of land owned by the Burgergemeinde Bellmund. The project includes 16 rental apartments with 1.5 to 4.5 rooms, a Coop sales outlet with integrated post office, as well as 14 short-term parking spaces and 8 visitor parking spaces. The apartments will be built according to bonacasa construction standards, equipped with ABB's home technology installation and with an intelligent mailbox system for a digitally networked living experience.
