In June 2017, the contract for the Bottigenstrasse new-build project in Bern-Bümpliz has been signed. At Bottigenstrasse 10, two interconnected buildings are being constructed with 28 flats to bonacasa construction standards, 700m2 of commercial space, various hobby rooms, an underground garage with 26 parking spaces and a large bicycle cellar. As a highlight for young and old people, a green area with a large play area and fireplace will be available for all tenants of the new complex.
Architects: Burckhardt + Partner AG
Construction began in July 2022 and finalization is planned for summer 2024.
