The bonainvest AG subsidiary company, Bracher und Partner, advised the Bonstetten Catholic church foundation on the best use to make of its land. Profitable residential construction on most of the available land enabled the new church to be cross-financed. The site is located right next to Bonstetten-Wettswill urban railway station.
bonainvest AG as the investor with Bracher und Partner Totalunternehmung AG was awarded the contract to build the winning project including the church. 45 apartments, 22 for rent and 23 owner-occupied, with 2.5 to 4.5 rooms, 2 commercial units and an indoor car park were built.
The project was implemented in cooperation with the Ramser Schmid architects’ practice of Zurich. The buildings are Minergie certified. Heat for the estate is generated by a brine/water heat pump. In addition, the apartments comply with bonacasa construction standards.
