The Bonstetten Catholic Church Foundation was advised by bonainvest on how to make the best use of its plot of land - located directly opposite the Bonstetten-Wettswil S-Bahn station - in order to be able to cross-finance the new church thanks to the profitability of part of the plot with residential construction. The contract for the realization of the winning project with two apartment buildings and the new church building was awarded to bonainvest. 45 rental and owner-occupied apartments with 2.5 to 4.5 rooms were built, which surprise with their high-quality architecture and unusual floor plans. Two commercial units are also part of the development. Heating is provided by a heat pump. The buildings are Minergie certified. All apartments were built according to the bonacasa construction standards.
