Three investors (BLS, bonainvest and RN Selvam) are developing 99 flats on the Steinhof site in Burgdorf. Of these, 37 rental flats are being built by bonainvest, specifically designed to meet the needs of single people, senior citizens and students. All flats will be built to bonacasa construction standards and fitted with modern building technology. Construction work began in October 2023. The flats were occupied in March 2026.
