In Ecublens, bonainvest is planning the 'En Mapraz' project with around 143 apartments, commercial units and an underground parking garage. The apartments are to offer urban flair for different segments such as students, families or senior citizens. The neighbourhood plan procedure was successfully completed at the end of 2021. The construction will be built according to bonacasa construction standards.
Architects: Pezzoli & Associés Architectes SA
Construction has started in 2023. Completion is planned for the second half of 2026.
