In two buildings on Wolfgrabenstrasse, 21 rental apartments have been created with well thought-out floor plans and a high standard of finish, as well as a medical practice on the first floor. A highlight of the development is the modern building technology installation by ABB for a digitally networked living experience. All apartments were rented out even before the project was completed. The buildings are Minergie certified and were constructed according to the bonacasa construction standards. Heating is provided by district heating and woodchip heating for the most part.
