bonainvest developed and built a complete district in cooperation with Luterbach local authority. The final construction phase has been completed by bonainvest. bonainvest transferred two multi-occupancy buildings from owner-occupied to the rental portfolio to provide attractive residential accommodation for staff of the new Biogen establishment.
bonainvest has already completed one multi-occupancy building (Building A, Lochzelgli 31 and 32) with generously sized, sunny owner-occupied apartments on the Lochzelgli estate.
The 2.5 to 4.5 room apartments benefit from good-sized and individually variable floor plans. The buildings are located just a few minutes on foot from the local authority offices, school, Coop with a post office, bank etc.
The project was implemented in cooperation with the H + P Architekten AG architects’ practice of Biberist. The buildings are Minergie certified. Heat for the estate is produced by ground water heat pumps. In addition, the apartments comply with bonacasa construction standards.
