In the centre of Worben, bonainvest is developing a complex in an attractive location comprising 42 rental flats and 12 owner-occupied flats, as well as converting an existing farmhouse into four rental flats and two commercial units. The flats are being built to bonacasa constraction standards and fitted with modern building technology. Construction began at the end of April 2024. The first phase was completed in October 2025. Completion of the second phase is scheduled for spring 2026.
