In Ecublens, bonainvest is developing the Mapraz Parc project, comprising 143 flats, commercial units and an underground car park. The flats are designed to offer an urban atmosphere for a range of groups, including students, families and senior citizens. Construction work began in spring 2023. The owner-occupied flats will be ready for occupancy from May 2026. The rental flats will be available in phases from July 2026. The construction will be built according to bonacasa construction standards.
