The Strahmhof development was built close to the town centre in an attractive location in the municipality of Münchenbuchsee and comprises three buildings with a total of 21 rental apartments and 12 owner-occupied with 2.5 - 4.5 rooms as well as a medical centre and a physiotherapy practice. All of the apartments were built free of obstacles, equipped with smart building technology, constructed in accordance with bonacasa construction standards and have a wide range of services that can be used by all generations as required. Heating is provided via a connection to the new Münchenbuchsee Zentrum heating network. All apartments could be rended and soldl before the project was completed.
