The Strahmhof development was built in the municipality of Münchenbuchsee with three buildings containing 21 rental apartments and 12 owner-occupied apartments with 2.5 to 4.5 rooms as well as a GP's practice and a commercial unit in an attractive location close to the town centre. All apartments were built without obstacles, equipped with smart building technology, built according to bonacasa construction standards and have a wide range of services. The heating system is connected to the new Münchenbuchsee Zentrum heating network. Even before completion of the project, all flats could be rented and sold.
