For the three Bernese communities of Rohrbach, Rohrbachgraben and Auswil, bonacasa developed a concept to create a range of care places in Rohrbach. Based on this concept work, bonainvest realized the Rohrbach senior center with 22 places and handed it over to the operator, as well as building a property with condominiums in the heart of Rohrbach. The senior center as well as the second constructed property with 16 rental apartments were included in bonainvest's portfolio. The buildings are Minergie certified. Heat is generated in the settlement by means of district heating from the heat supply system and on the basis of wood energy. All apartments were built according to the bonacasa construction standards.
